%0 Journal Article %T Tratamiento con moxibusti車n en los pacientes con sacrolumbalgia aguda Moxibustion treatment in pacient with acute sacrolumbalgy %A Leonel Rodr赤guez Alvarez %A Marisol P谷rez P谷rez %J Revista Habanera de Ciencias Mˋˋdicas %D 2010 %I Ministerio de Salud Publica %X Se realiz車 un estudio observacional, descriptivo y longitudinal sobre la evoluci車n del tratamiento con moxibusti車n en 150 pacientes con sacrolumbalgia aguda que fueron diagnosticados en la consulta de Medicina natural y tradicional (MNT) del Policl赤nico Mantilla, durante el primer semestre del a o 2008, con el objetivo de determinar su estado evolutivo seg迆n criterio cl赤nico al cabo de la d谷cima sesi車n, caracterizarlos en cuanto a edad, sexo y ocupaci車n, y describir las manifestaciones cl赤nicas de inter谷s antes de someterse a la primera sesi車n y despu谷s de culminada la 迆ltima. Se midieron las variables: edad, sexo, ocupaci車n, realizaci車n de esfuerzo f赤sico, dolor, intensidad, inflamaci車n e irradiaci車n. Se realizaron entrevistas para corroborar los aspectos cualitativos en la aplicaci車n del tratamiento empleado y con los datos obtenidos se confeccionaron tablas para su mejor comprensi車n. Como resultado m芍s relevante se obtuvo que 90% de los pacientes que llegaron a la consulta con dolor, refirieran no sentir dolor alguno al finalizar el tratamiento. Los resultados que se derivan de esta investigaci車n se est芍n utilizando en la preparaci車n y actualizaci車n del personal m谷dico y de enfermer赤a en la Atenci車n Primaria de Salud. It was carried out an observational, descriptive and longitudinal study on the evolution of the treatment with moxibustion in 150 patients with sharp sacrolumbalgy that were diagnosed in the consultation of natural and traditional Medicine of the Policlinic Mantilla, during the first semester of the year 2008 with the objective of determining their evolutionary state according to clinical approach after the tenth session, to characterize them as for age, sex and occupation, and to describe the clinical manifestations of interest before undergoing the first session and after having culminated the last one. The variables were measured: age, sex, and occupation, realization of physical effort, pain, intensity, inflammation and irradiation. They were carried out interviews to corroborate the qualitative aspects in the application of the used treatment and with the obtained data charts were made for their best understanding. As a result more excellent it was obtained that 90% of the patients that arrived to the consultation with pain, referred not to feel pain some when concluding the treatment.
