%X En la actualidad, se puede constatar, al menos desde el discurso, la intencionalidad de mejorar y considerar aquellas cuestiones que son fuentes de satisfacci車n e insatisfacci車n de los trabajadores. En la literatura especializada se encuentran incontables estudios que abordan este aspecto de la calidad de vida laboral de enfermeras y enfermeros en diferentes contextos, que han identificado los factores que influyen en la percepci車n que tienen enfermeras (os) sobre su nivel de satisfacci車n o no con la actividad que realizan: las escasas posibilidades de capacitaci車n o superaci車n profesional, los turnos rotativos, la escasez recursos humanos, la realizaci車n de funciones que no se corresponden con el nivel alcanzado, los bajos salarios, inadecuadas relaciones interpersonales con los jefes y pares, entre otras. Razones por las cuales se decidi車 abordar los factores que afectan la satisfacci車n laboral de enfermeras(os) a partir de una b迆squeda bibliogr芍fica acerca del estado actual de la tem芍tica. Nowadays, you can ascertain, at least from a speech, the intention of improvement and considerations of all the factors that are a source of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of workers. You may find numerous studies in literature approaching this aspect of the quality of laboral life of nurses in different contexts, which have identified the factors that influence their perception on their level of satisfaction with the activities they make; the scarce possibilities of education, the shifts, the shortness of human resources, the performance of functions that are not correspondent with their level, the low salaries, inadequate interpersonal relationships with the superior and piers, among others. All of them are reasons enough to make us approach the factors that affect laboral satisfaction of nurses; from a bibliographic search about the current status of the topic.
