%X Para este trabajo se realiz車 la revisi車n de la bibliograf赤a m芍s actualizada concerniente al tema. En 谷l, se brinda un acercamiento te車rico a la capacitaci車n de Directivos y Reservas en Direcci車n en Salud; realizamos un recorrido por las tendencias m芍s generales de la capacitaci車n de Directivos y Reservas, hicimos una aproximaci車n a sus antecedentes en Cuba y valoramos la efectividad de la estrategia trazada por el MINSAP, bajo la conducci車n de la Escuela Nacional de Salud P迆blica, desarrollando en todo el pa赤s los Diplomados I y II de Direcci車n en Salud, orientados a todos los niveles de direcci車n. Los autores plantean la necesidad de elaborar una estrategia de capacitaci車n que permita elevar la efectividad de las acciones realizadas por los Diplomados I y II de Direcci車n en Salud en funci車n de la capacitaci車n de los cuadros y reservas del sistema de salud. We made a bibliographical revision in reference to the topic of this investigation. This article provides a theoretical approach upon the managers∩ and their reserves∩ training in the Health Management System. We went through the more general tendencies of this training course and we mode approximation to the further training courses in Cuba. We also analyzed the effectiveness of the strategy planned by the Public Health Ministry. The authors state the necessity of planning a training strategy which allow to raise the effectiveness of the accomplished actions for the Health Management Training Courses I and II.
