%T NECROSIS DE LA VULVA POST TRATAMIENTO POR CONDILOMAS: REPORTE DE UN CASO POST TREATMENT VULVAR NECROSIS IN A REPORTED CASE OF CONDILLOMATA

%X Se reporta el caso de una paciente que acudi車 al Cuerpo de Guardia de Ginecolog赤a del Hospital Central de Maputo, Mozambique, de 14 a os de edad, soltera, negra, nul赤para y con antecedentes de buena salud, refiriendo que dos o tres semanas antes, ※un curandero§ le hab赤a practicado un tratamiento ※tradicional§ por presentar condilomas en la vulva; ahora tiene fiebre, dolor en dicha regi車n y secreci車n muy f谷tida adem芍s de dificultad para miccionar. Al examen f赤sico, se observ車 la vulva necrosada totalmente con secreci車n purulenta, f谷tida. El examen vaginal con esp谷culo fue totalmente imposible y los complementarios de serolog赤a reactiva y VIH fueron positivos, adem芍s de constatarse cifras de Hb en 80g/l. Despu谷s de tratar la serolog赤a, iniciar tratamiento antiretroviral y tratar la anemia, se llev車 a sala de operaciones y se realiza vulvectom赤a simple. Su evoluci車n fue favorable; cicatriz車 por segunda intenci車n y seguida por consulta hasta su alta 4 meses despu谷s. Case Report:14 years old female, patient who came to the Emergency Department at Central Hospital in Maputo, Mozambique. She∩s single, black and she has never been pregnant. She has a good health record. She refers that two or three weeks ago a ※voodoo man§ had recomended her a ※tradicional treatment§ to cure her vulva condilomas. Now she is suffering from high fever, pain in that part of her body, fetid leucorrhea and miction disfunction. On physical examination we obtained a totally necrosed vulva with purulent fetid secretion. The vaginal examination using speculum was imposible. The result to HIV and serology were positive. The hemoglobine result was 80gl. Afeter treating serology,anemia and beggining antiretroviral treatment,she was taken to the operating room to perform a simple vulvectomy. She had satisfactory surgery results by a second change healing and followed by consultation for two months after her operation.
