Sampling was conducted from (december-may 2008), monthly, in two coastal areas of Oran, (west Algeria), first the impacted area near the discharge channels: Gen¨ºts; second non- impacted Ain Defla considered as healthy site. The bacteriological analyzes bring out the presence of bacteria which testifies the existence of an important bacterial pollution, of fecal origin, on the level of the flesh of the two marine organism of the impacted area. On the other hand, the fecal concentrations weakest are recorded during the months of sampling on the level of the non-impacted area. %K Contamination %K sea water %K urchin %K patella %K fecal germs %K Algeria %U http://www.remise.ma/images/V2011/matallah%20et%20al.2011.pdf
