BEN HADDA %J REMISE : Revue de Microbiologie Industrielle Sanitaire et Environnementale %D 2011 %I Universit¨¦ Mohammed Premier %X In this article we carried out the in-vitro antifungal screening of the carboxylic antibiotic polyether; lasalocid acidic (AH) like its complexes of monovalent cations (NMe4+, Li+, K+, Na+, Tl+, Rb+, Cs+) divalents (Mn2+, Mg2+, Sr2+, Ba2+) and trivalents (Gd3+, La3+) against a very frightening filamentous fungus : fusarium oxyporum f.sp. Albedinis. The MIC¡¯s were determined by the micro dilution method in solid media; the results obtained are very encouraging and deserve to be extended to other fungus. The marked contribution of metal in the activity is underlined and shows an activity in favour of the potassium complex. %K Lasalocid %K complex %K antifungal activity %K fusarium oxyporum f.sp.
