Researchers have demonstrated that partnership and alliances have an important role in establishing a competitive advantage based on a firm*s resources. For the objective in this research, we commence with an investigation in two real-state networks of which we adopt as a methodological pillar, the qualitative typology of investigation, due to it providing the most adequate observations. Methods utilised for this investigation included: a semi-structured interview; bibliographic research and non-participant. It concludes to demonstrate that the relationship researched proves the importance of a well-meaning cooperative strategy for companies acting in network formats. As a direct consequence, the access to partners and their resources could be considered the most strategic object analyzed. As a methodological limit, the fact this research is qualitative must be underlined and noted. These findings have little room for generalization when compared with quantitative research. The biggest practical implication is to allow managers participating in a network to perceive the strategic importance of this relationship. The manager must consider, within the boundaries of their formulated strategies, the development and maintenance to: grant them access to partners and their resources and the ability to build a strong position within the network in order to influence other partners. Esse trabalho visa discutir a importancia dos relacionamentos estrat谷gicos de neg車cios de forma cooperativa, pois se t那m tornado um importante antecedente de sucesso nos neg車cios. Estudos mostram que alian as e parcerias possuem um importante papel na moldagem das vantagens competitivas baseadas em recursos da empresa. Para a concretiza o dos objetivos propostos nesse estudo, iniciou-se uma investiga o em duas redes imobili芍rias e adotou-se como pilar metodol車gico, a tipologia qualitativa de investiga o, por fornecer a melhor adequa o ao fen meno observado. Foram utilizados como instrumento: entrevista semi-estruturada, pesquisa bibliogr芍fica e observa o n o-participante. Conclui-se que os relacionamentos se mostraram importantes e estrat谷gicos para empresas que est o atuando em formato de redes. Como conseq邦那ncia direta, o acesso aos parceiros e aos recursos que esses possuem pode ser considerado, como o mais estrat谷gico dos pontos analisados.
