Recently, different sectors such as food industry, public landfills, waste of red meat slaughter and the waste water, experienced a great expansion of the world. Human Activity and its sustainable development must be carried out by taking strict measures to better manage these different types of waste, some of which may be recovered and reused after their transformation into another form e.g. fermentation for biogas production, we can then create conditions for follow up a sustainable development by minimizing the negative impact of waste on the environment. The various sources of waste, which will be discussed in this study, are among the most polluting because of the large quantities generated.
