%X Group of young researchers in higher education institutions in general perform demandable tasks with relatively high contribution to institutions¡¯ and societies¡¯ innovation production. In order to analyse in more details interaction among young researchers and diverse institutions in society, we aim toward developing the numerical simulation, agent-based model.This article presents foundations of the model, preliminary results of its simulation along with perspectives of its further development and improvements.
