It presents the findings of the research conducted by the Public Committee against Torture in Israel (PCATI) after hundreds of complaints submitted during the last five years against IsraelĄ¯s General Security Service, widely known as Shin Bet and emphasizes the absence of punishment for the alleged crimes of the persons accused of torture.
