Though she is not a foreign writer, she happens to be presented, both in France and Portugal, as a migrant writer; which she is not either, except in a metaphoric meaning i.e. as a passeur between two worlds. After two papers about Brigitte Paulino-Neto¡¯s other novel, I would like to propose an approach of her latest one D¨¨s que tu meurs, appelle-moi (2010), in order to highlight the role of individual and collective memory, as well as the relevance of the symbolic function of the relationship daughter-mother.It will appear clearly that Brigitte Paulino-Neto does belong to French literature in all its extension though her work is deeply influenced by her Portuguese roots. %K Brigitte Paulino-Neto %K inverted filiation %K double belonging %K migrant writers %K French with Portuguese origins writers %U http://ler.letras.up.pt/uploads/ficheiros/10350.pdf
