%X The conflict between Ottoman and Karamanoglu was ended with the victory of Ottoman State who took the control of whole Karaman country. After conquering of Karamano ullar , its provinces were regularized as Karaman State by Ottoman State. In the age of Fatih these were recorded to foundation book as Karaman State Foundations in H.881/M.1476.In this study an evalution will be made about the Nigde Foundations which are present in the Foundation Book of Karaman State for the age of Fatih. Although this book was organized in the year of H.881/M.1476, all of the recorded and informed foundations are elder from its arrangement. The records in this book are of prime importance because these are one of the firsts which are including information about Nigde City provience.
