%X Luego de la ¨²ltima dictadura, el inter¨¦s de la cr¨ªtica argentina sobre la obra de Ernesto S¨¢bato desapareci¨® casi totalmente. Este trabajo propone una nueva lectura, tomando en cuenta los debates sobre su persona y su obra. Luego, se exploran las condiciones que conducen a la relaci¨®n entre la historia y el mito, siguiendo las operatorias de escritura para determinar su cosmovisi¨®n dualista y apocal¨ªtptica. Para ello, el an¨¢lisis se focaliza en Sobre H¨¦roes y Tumbas, pero se proyecta hacia una consideraci¨®n general de su obra. After the last dictatorship, the interest of literary criticism on the work of Ernesto S¨¢bato has been scarce. For this reason, a new reading is proposed. This essay intends to explore the conditions that lead to the relationship between History and Myth, analysing the writing operations that determine the dual and apocalyptic world view of the writer. With this purpose, it focuses in his main novel, Sobre H¨¦roes y Tumbas, and then it projects towards a general view of his literary work.
