%X ResumenEl presente art¨ªculo expone el caso cl¨ªnico de un Guacamayo azul y amarillo (Ara ararauna) atendido como emergencia por un cuadro de disnea intensa estableci¨¦ndose una metodolog¨ªa de atenci¨®n por etapas, logrando la estabilizaci¨®n inicial de los signos vitales del ave en un primer tiempo para luego determinar la causa y extirpar por m¨ªnimo acceso, gracias a la endoscop¨ªa, un gran fragmento de aspergiloma que obstru¨ªa la traquea, logr¨¢ndose la confirmaci¨®n del diagnostico por m¨¦todos de laboratorio e indic¨¢ndose un tratamiento especifico para este tipo de patolog¨ªas.Summaryin this paper we present a clinical case of a Blue and Gold Macaw (Araararauna) treated in emergency with symptoms of severe dyspnea. Weapproached the case achieving the stabilization of vital signs of the bird in a first time. Then we determined the cause of dyspnea by minimal access, by endo-tracheal endoscopic examination, and we removed a large aspergilloma that was obstructing the trachea. We obtained the confirmation of the diagnosis by laboratory methods and decided a specific treatment for the disease.
