%X Following the recommendations of the World Health Organisation for the requisites of centers charged with the attention of subnormal children, this complex has been built with a capacity for 400 children. Among its great diversity of installations, it has sections for diagnosis and therapy, directive and administrative services and social services with units of rooms, work, training, recreation and sport. Among the most notable there may be mentioned: the clear differentiation of functions in independent blocks, with the object of centralizing the uses and reducing the volumes necessary to make them more accessible to the scale of the children; the adaptation to the great unevenness of the terrain, with a scaled disposition making possible better views of the nearby sea, and the structural economy, due to its modulation, which allowed savings in better finished and treatments. A partir de las recomendaciones de la Organizaci車n Mundial de la Salud, sobre los requisitos que deben reunir los centros que se encargan de la atenci車n de los ni os subnormales, se ha realizado este conjunto con capacidad para unos 400 de estos ni os. Entre su gran diversidad de instalaciones cuenta con secciones de diagn車stico y terapia, servicios directivos, administrativos y de asistencia social con unidades de habitaci車n, trabajo, formaci車n, recreo y deporte. Como notas m芍s destacables del mismo pueden mencionarse: la clara diferenciaci車n de funciones en bloques independientes, con el fin de centralizar los usos y reducir los vol迆menes necesarios para hacerlos m芍s asequibles a la escala de los ni os; la adaptaci車n al fuerte desnivel del terreno, con una disposici車n escalonada que posibilita mejores vistas sobre el mar cercano, y la econom赤a estructural, debida a su modulaci車n, que permiti車 invertir el ahorro en mejores acabados y tratamientos.
