%X The essay argues that cultural factors are key to designing and managing public organizations. The specific ¡°demons¡± of chilean culture are analyzed and their generative mechanism is speculatively proposed, with low self-esteem as the fundamental one, it is proposed, finally, eventually overcoming these sociopathologies through the adaptation and use of new management re-humanizing technologies.
