%X This work aims to reflect on the informational capital governance. To do this, we divide it into three parts. The first of these is devoted to a review of the new reading of public administration, analyzing the key elements that inspire new trends in governance based networks. In the second part of the paper emphasizes the Management knowledge within the government. And finally, the third part, some thoughts on capital or informational network as and institutional component key to the understanding of modern public management.
