The explanation of political realism then rests in the presence of exceptionality which is in good manner the permanent manifestation of indetermination. This can be appreciated in the political world (Schmitt) as it can be seen in law studies (Hart), situation that evidences the amplitude of this phenomenon. However, given the magnitude of modernity and the development of technique, it is probable that the manifestation of exceptionality becomes more permanent, which augurs a long decisionist period, phenomenon that is initiated with the Bolshevist Revolution and National-socialism and which will continue surely within the present contexts of "war against terror", "world economic crisis" or "ecologic emergency". %K Dictatorship %K Emergency %K Schmitt %K Hart. %U http://redalyc.uaemex.mx/src/inicio/ArtPdfRed.jsp?iCve=96012388004
