%X The article describes the Document of the Foreign Policy of the Republic of China on Latin America and the Caribbean, and how it has points that can be an obvious case of applying the concept of ¡°smart power¡±. At the same time must be qualified discusses how the principles of these documents in accordance with the multiple relations between China and the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean, and the manifestations of China¡¯s foreign policy.
