%X El art赤culo presenta los resultados de una investigaci車n orientada a describir aspectos del proceso de suscripci車n de revistas en l赤nea en la Argentina. Entre abril y setiembre del a o 2007 se aplic車 una encuesta v赤a correo electr車nico a bibliotecas especializadas y universitarias argentinas para indagar acerca de los actores involucrados en la identificaci車n, evaluaci車n y selecci車n de t赤tulos, en la negociaci車n y firma de las licencias, las modalidades de suscripci車n y los tipos de recursos suscriptos por esas unidades de informaci車n. Se observ車 una alta participaci車n de los bibliotecarios en todo el proceso que disminu赤a en la etapa de negociaci車n y firma de los acuerdos de licencia donde los directores institucionales y los administradores ten赤an un rol m芍s destacado. This paper presents the findings of an investigation aimed at describing aspects of the process of online journals subscription in Argentina. From April to September of 2007 a survey was conducted via electronic mail to special and academic libraries to inquire about Argentine actors involved in the identification, evaluation, and selection of titles, in the negotiation and signing of the licences, the subscription methods, and type of resources subscribed for those information units. There was a high participation of librarians in the process that decreased in the stage of negotiating and signing the licencing agreements where institutional managers and administrators had a more prominent role.
