%X Resumen:Las reformas educativas realizadas en Argentina durante la d谷cada del 90, estuvieron fuertemente condicionadas por la introducci車n de un nuevo modelo pol赤tico y social sustentado bajo los c芍nones del Neoliberalismo, que conllevaron a una redimensi車n paradigm芍tica del rol del Estado, de la sociedad civil y del mercado. Basados en las conclusiones de tres proyectos de investigaci車n desarrollados en Argentina, el presente art赤culo se propone analizar las consecuencias de la nueva pol赤tica educativa que si bien abog車 -en sus presupuestos ideol車gicos y t谷cnicos- por la superaci車n de los d谷ficits organizativos y administrativos y la reducci車n de las restricciones en el acceso democr芍tico al sistema educativo, en los hechos se observa que muchos problemas pedag車gicos no fueron ponderados como prioridades. La falta de articulaci車n entre las ofertas educativas, las demandas en el campo laboral y econ車mico, as赤 como las posibilidades objetivas de participaci車n de los j車venes, respondieron a una carencia de tipo estructural que encarnara, a posteriori, un h芍ndicap para la implementaci車n efectiva de las nuevas pol赤ticas y programas. Con todo, las reformas pol赤ticas implementadas han tenido consecuencias regresivas para la consolidaci車n de un sistema educativo competente y democr芍tico. La falta de referentes pol赤ticos e institucionales capaces de visibilizar las potencialidades y las demandas de los j車venes y la planificaci車n de acciones sin谷rgicas capaces de mejorar la articulaci車n entre las ofertas educativas, el mundo del trabajo y la vida social, explican el por qu谷 de la exclusi車n y vulnerabilidad todav赤a vigente en el mundo juvenil argentino.Abstract: The educational reforms carried out in Argentina in the 1990s, were highly influenced by the introduction of the new political and social model of neoliberalism, what led to a new paradigm on the role of the State, the society and the market. Based on the conclusions reached by three research projects carried out in Argentina, this article aims at analysing the consequences of the new educational policies. These advocated - in their ideological and technical framework - for the elimination of previous organisational and administrative deficiencies in the democratization of the education. In reality, many problems of a pedagogical nature were not considered as political and technical priorities.
