%X Resumen:En la experiencia docente que motiv車 este art赤culo, se utilizaron distintos recursos disponibles desde el portal de Google.com  para el abordaje de una unidad tem芍tica del curso Referencia II del Bachillerato en Bibliotecolog赤a y Ciencias de la Informaci車n de la Universidad de Costa Rica. Los temas abordados fueron la Web 2.0 : su aplicaci車n acad谷mica y las necesidades de informaci車n y su abordaje. El grupo de estudiantes participantes del curso mostr車 gran motivaci車n en el desarrollo de las actividades programadas, generando reflexi車n y argumentos en ambos temas. Se concluye que el uso de recursos, tales como bit芍coras, grupos de discusi車n, documentos compartidos y el correo electr車nico provistos por Google de forma gratuita, se pueden considerar como recursos did芍cticos en el proceso de mediaci車n docente.Abstract: In the teaching experience that motivated this article, we used various resources available from the Google.com  website for the approach of a thematic unit in the Course Reference II of Bachelor of Library Science at the University of Costa Rica. The topics were the Web 2.0  application and academic information needs and their approach. The group of participating students showed great motivation in the development of activities, generating discussion and arguments on both issues. We conclude that the use of resources such as blogs, discussion groups, document sharing and email provided by Google for free, can be considered as teaching resources in teaching mediation process.
