It start with the concern to know the elements that could improve the process, to ensure that have been acquired the sufficient knowledge to gain access to the next scholar level. It emphasizes the educational practice of teachers, but are also considered the theoretical knowledge that has about it, as well as the importance attach to it from the beginning of scholar cycle until the time they get the final grade. It pose different theoretical proposals about the evaluation, concepts, functions, classification and the techniques and instruments to be use.
