%0 Journal Article %T MODELO EDUCATIVO BASADO EN COMPETENCIAS EN UNIVERSIDADES POLIT谷CNICAS EN M谷XICO: PERCEPCI車N DE SU PERSONAL DOCENTE-ADMINISTRATIVO (BASED ON COMPETENCIES EDUCATIONAL MODEL IN POLYTECHNIC∩S UNIVERSITIES IN M谷XICO: THE TEACHING AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGING PERCEPTION) %A Lozano Rosales %A Raymundo %A Castillo Santos %A Amparo Nidia %A Cerecedo Mercado %A Mar赤a Trinidad %J Revista Electr車nica Actualidades Investigativas en Educaci車n %D 2012 %I %X Resumen: El presente art赤culo muestra la percepci車n del profesorado, personal administrativo y directivo sobre el Modelo Educativo Basado en Competencias en las Universidades Polit谷cnicas en M谷xico a diez a os de su implementaci車n; mediante una recolecci車n de datos con docentes y administrativos de estas universidades, se llev車 a cabo un estudio cualitativo de datos apoyado en la Teor赤a Fundamentada, obteniendo una serie de mapas conceptuales, que con el programa Atlas ti, fueron base para llevar a cabo un an芍lisis que permitiera conocer la percepci車n del personal docente y administrativo respecto de un modelo educativo, que es en s赤 su quehacer diario. El art赤culo muestra un conjunto de conceptos que se obtuvieron de las vivencias de los participantes y que se plasman como una base para proponer en estudios futuros un modelo de gesti車n por competencias para las Universidades Polit谷cnicas en M谷xico.Abstract: This article shows the perception of teachers, administrators and managers on the Competency Based Educational Model in Polytechnic∩s Universities in Mexico ten years after its implementation, through a data collection with faculty and staff of these universities, was held a qualitative study relied on data Grounded Theory, obtaining a series of concept maps, that with the Atlas ti program, it was the basis for carrying out an analysis that would enable the perception of faculty and staff on an educational model that is itself their daily work.
