The purified compounds were subjected to the examination of their effects on NO inhibition in LPS-activated mouse peritoneal macrophages and most of them exhibited significant NO inhibition, with IC 50 values in the range of 48.6 ¡À 1.2 and 99.8 ¡À 0.4 ¦ÌM. %K Annona %K triterpenoid %K diterpenoid %K NO inhibition %K iNOS %K macrophage %U http://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/18/4/4477
