La description et l¡¯analyse de la mani¨¨re dont les dispositifs didactique et p¨¦dagogique dans une formation d¡¯¨¦ducateur sportif tentent de circonscrire et d¡¯organiser la situation d¡¯apprentissage montrent ¨¤ quel point la complexit¨¦ n¡¯est gu¨¨re prise en consid¨¦ration. C¡¯est cette complexit¨¦ et ses effets de d¨¦sordre et d¡¯incertitude que nous pla ons au c ur de la r¨¦flexion didactique et p¨¦dagogique. On constate alors combien l¡¯activit¨¦ de l¡¯apprenant, ¨¤ condition d¡¯¨ºtre mise en dialogue, fait ¨¦merger de l¡¯apprentissage. Les th¨¦ories de la complexit¨¦ et la syst¨¦mique permettent de resituer la place et l¡¯articulation des dispositifs didactique et p¨¦dagogique face ¨¤ la situation d¡¯apprentissage. The development of new learning systems outside of the school setting compels us to take into account the complexity of situations that oppose any institutional and practical demarcation. The description and analysis of the way that didactic and teaching devices in the instruction of a sports educator try to delimit and to organize the learning situation shows that this complexity is hardly ever taken into consideration. It is this complexity and its effects of disorder and uncertainty that we place at the core of the didactic and teaching reflection. We notice then how much the activity of the learner¡ªprovided that it is put into dialogue¡ª leads to effective learning.
