Les r¨¦sultats d¡¯une enqu¨ºte par questionnaires, men¨¦e aupr¨¨s de 176 lyc¨¦en-ne-s de terminales scientifiques de l¡¯acad¨¦mie de Montpellier durant l¡¯ann¨¦e 2009, d¨¦montrent la persistance des repr¨¦sentations sexu¨¦es des professions et sp¨¦cialit¨¦s m¨¦dicales lors du choix d¡¯orientation vers les ¨¦tudes de m¨¦decine. The aim of this article is to study the evolution of the curriculum orientation of students of both genders in higher studies in a context of mass feminization of medical studies in France for the last thirty years. This article is based on the results of a survey by questionnaire of 176 fourth-year scientific students (92 girls and 84 boys) in two urban secondary schools of the academy of Montpellier in 2009.
