Bangarpet is a backward Taluk (Administrative division under district) in Karnataka state of Country India.Educational system in the modern industrial societies is enhanced by social and cultural environment. As the responsibility of educating the child is vested upon the nation itself and therefore it is important to recognize that if a person is to make full use of his talents, he should learn to think creatively in a range of situations, and on a variety of subjects. The mind, in other words, should be trained to think logically. Creativity can be conceived as a combination of realistic thinking and imagination, a sort of problem solving without a predetermined answer, frequently with self - expression as the dominant feature. Now we are living in the age of science and technology. We are able to see the dawn of civilization only through the creative efforts of individuals who were endowed with this wonderful gift.
