%X This paper estimates the impact of the degree of trade and financial integration, and the sectoraldegree of specialization on the degree of synchronization between the business cycle of agriculturalproduct of Peru and those of the products of 31 Peruvian＊s country trade-partners for period1982-2006. Estimations results show the impacts were weak and not robust before differentindicators and estimations methods. Similarly, the estimated impacts of a set of six Peruvian∩spreferential trade arrangements upon the same four indicators were not statistical significant.Keywords: synchronization, preferential trade arrangements, commercial and financial integration,sectorial specialization. El presente trabajo estima el efecto del grado de integraci車n comercial, financiera y especializaci車nsectorial sobre el grado de sincronizaci車n entre los ciclos del producto agropecuario peruanoy el producto de 31 pa赤ses socios del Per迆 para el per赤odo 1982-2006. Dicho efecto result車 serd谷bil y no muy robusto ante una variedad de indicadores y m谷todos estad赤sticos usados. De igualmodo, y para el mismo per赤odo, se muestra que las estimaciones de los efectos de siete arreglospreferenciales comerciales implementados por el Per迆 sobre los grados de integraci車n financiera,comercial, especializaci車n sectorial, y sincronizaci車n entre los ciclos de los mismos productos nofueron estad赤sticamente significativas.
