%X The advancements in biometric technology have served as a boon in the prevention, detection and solving of crime. Increased security threats in the cities of all countries and the world have highlighted the importance of using biometric technology to prevent crime and bring perpetrators to justice. Biometric technology is becoming most important security technology in today's IT world. This paper covers the field of Biometric Security Systems with a special focus on a comparative overview of general biometric security systems. Main objective of this paper is to provide insights on performance and comparison of different biometric security systems. This discussion has provided the opportunity to analyze the HRM practices of a business organization and to find out the facts which are creating barriers to effective HRM.
