%X The management of paediatric patients with pulmonary hypertension are mostly based on reports on adult patients. There is a long felt need to establish guidelines which are relevant to the pediatric population. In this report we attempt to summarize the diagnostic and the management guidelines that have been reported in the literature in the pediatric age group.
