%X Resumo: O objetivo do trabalho ¨¦ analisar a inser  o da mulher no mercado de trabalho e entender como isso se relaciona com as estruturas simb¨®licas da sociedade acerca do sexo feminino e suas consequ¨ºncias. Isso ¨¦ relevante em face da tripla jornada de trabalho, n¨ªveis de stress e problemas de sa¨²de que o sexo feminino passa a vivenciar em decorr¨ºncia dessa conquista jur¨ªdica, logo se percebe a necessidade de pol¨ªticas p¨²blicas que permitam as mulheres exer am seus direitos sem prejudicar a sua sa¨²de e viabilizem sua inser  o e reconhecimento social. Assim para essa an¨¢lise se utilizar¨¢ da m¨²sica Vida de Empreguete, para demonstrar que a conquistas sociais podem representar uma invers o social e n o um reconhecimento, logo galgar posi  es n o significa mudan a de identidades sobre o sujeito. Para isso se recorrer¨¢ a vertente jur¨ªdico-sociologica, mediante levantamento bibliogr¨¢fico e estat¨ªstico sobre a rela  o empregat¨ªcia da mulher e se ter¨¢ como marco te¨®rico o simbolismo de Pierre de Bourdieu para demonstrar as rela  es simb¨®licas e consequentemente o preconceito impl¨ªcito ainda no mercado de trabalho feminino. Palavra-chave: Direitos da mulher, identidade de g¨ºnero, feminismo e preconceito   Abstract: The objective is to analyze the integration of women into the labor market and understand how it relates to the symbolic structures of society about women and their consequences. This is relevant in the face of triple workload, stress levels and health problems that the female starts to experience as a result of this achievement legal, one soon realizes the need for public policies that enable women to exercise their rights without undermining their health and make possible their integration and social recognition. So for this analysis is the use of music Vida de Empreguete, to show that the social achievements may represent a reversal and not a social recognition, not just climb positions, changing identities on the subject. For it will resort to legal and sociological aspects, through literature and statistics on the employment relationship and the woman will be the theoretical framework of Pierre Bourdieu's symbolism to demonstrate the symbolic relations and consequently the implicit prejudice still in the female labor market.
