%X A lo largo de este estudio pretendemos realizar una aproximaci車n al r谷gimen de las acciones de la sas, teniendo en cuenta su representaci車n, su transmisibilidad, las restricciones a la misma y su diferente tipolog赤a, partiendo de su incardinaci車n esencial en el capital social. Hemos hecho hincapi谷 en un an芍lisis comparado, fundamentalmente con la legislaci車n espa ola y europea, significativamente alemana e italiana, para desbrozar horizontes y problemas, tambi谷n soluciones que el r谷gimen jur赤dico de las acciones puede plantear en la pr芍ctica. El r谷gimen de la sas deja ciertas zonas en la penumbra regulatoria, y pretendemos ahora ofrecer con este estudio reflexiones e interpretaciones que puedan ayudar a completarla y mejorarla. Throughout this study we make an approach to the structure of the sas shares, given their representation, transferability restrictions on itself and its different types, based on its essential incardination capital . We have emphasized in this comparative analysis, mainly with Spanish and European law, German and Italian significantly, to clear horizons and problems, also that the legal solutions of the shares can arise in practice. The sas system leaves certain areas in the penumbra Regulatory we want this study now provide insights and interpretations that can help complete it and improve it.
