%X El art¨ªculo corresponde a un avance del proyecto de investigaci¨®n denominado Pol¨ªtica y mujeres: otros mundos posibles en tiempos de globalizaci¨®n1, investigaci¨®n que busca visibilizar las pr¨¢cticas pol¨ªticas recientes del movimiento de mujeres chileno y de las mujeres de la regi¨®n de la Araucan¨ªa, dando cuenta de sus acciones, aportaciones y significados, tanto para el Estado democr¨¢tico post dictatorial, como para la sociedad en general. En ese marco, analizaremos y visibilizaremos pr¨¢cticas pol¨ªticas contingentes, que el movimiento est¨¢ desarrollando hoy por hoy, para instalar en el debate p¨²blico el respeto de sus derechos. Dicho proceso da cuenta de un activo quehacer pol¨ªtico de las mujeres, que debe ser rescatado y valorado en la academia, con el objeto de relevar sus pr¨¢cticas sociopol¨ªticas, que aportan a la configuraci¨®n de relaciones de g¨¦nero m¨¢s igualitarias. The article corresponds to an advance of research project called Policy and women: other possible worlds in times of globalization, research that seeks visibility practices recent policies of the movement of Chilean women and women in the region of the Araucan¨ªa, Chile, taking account of their actions, inputs and meanings, both for the democratic State post dictatorial, and for society in general. In this context, analyze and show political practices quotas that the movement is developing today, to install in the public debate on respect for their rights. That process gives an account of an active political life of women, it should be rescued and valued at the academy, in order to relieve their practices socio-political, contributing to the shaping of to the configuration of gender relations more egalitarian.
