%X En 1405, la historiograf¨ªa da por aceptado que ve la luz Le livre de la Cit¨¦ des Dames, que compusiera quien era ya una afamada escritora en la Corte de los Valois, Christine de Piz¨¢n, veneciana por nacimiento, francesa por adopci¨®n. Esta obra cumbre que el feminismo contempor¨¢neo considera un hito fundamental es la expresi¨®n de un pensamiento aut¨®nomo producido por una mujer en los albores del Renacimiento. En este trabajo, nos proponemos indagar en el libro arriba citado de esta c¨¦lebre autora, tres conceptos claves - en el pensamiento filos¨®fico de la ¨¦poca-: derecho, justicia y poder. Nos detendremos en el estudio de la configuraci¨®n de la Justicia, la Injusticia y el concepto de Paz, en relaci¨®n con la Guerra de los Cien A os; analizando la figura mod¨¦lica (que propone la autora), de la mujer como "sujeto jur¨ªdico activo". In 1405, the accepted historiography assumes that sees the light Le livre de la Cit¨¦ des Dames, to compose who was already a famous writer in the Court of the Valois, Christine de Pizan, Venetian by birth, French by adoption. This masterpiece that contemporary feminism is considered a milestone of self-expression of thought produced by a woman at the dawn of the Renaissance. In this paper, we propose to investigate the above mentioned book of this celebrated author, three key concepts - in the philosophical thought of the time - as Law, Justice and Power. We stop in the study of the configuration of Justice, Injustice and the concept of Peace, in relation to the Hundred Years War, analyzing the figure model (proposed by the author) of the women as "active legal subject".
