The Portuguese lives with more than twenty bantu languages, including two of Asians languages, which allows contact between them. Portuguese is the official language and is not native for the most of mozambicans. Therefore, we intend to identify and present the foreignness and borrowings phenomenon found the most in media. We will describe the integration of these "new" words in mozambican portuguese as well as its semantic value. The corpus consists of 27 letters of opinion gathered in the newspaper "Not¨ªcias" in 2010 and 2011, which was inserted into the program Lexico-3. From this research, it appears that most of the loans and foreign words come from the bantu languages as well as English. The integration of these words follows the rules of portuguese grammar, having difficulties in many cases, in the transformation of the alphabet of the bantu languages to portuguese. The foreignness are still targets of prejudice, especially in school but the linguistics changes are natural phenomena of languages and there is no one can stop it. %K Foreignness %K Borrowing %K Mozambican portuguese %U http://www2.unucseh.ueg.br/vialitterae/assets/files/volume_revista/vol_4_num_1/Via_Litterae_4-1_2012_1-ALEXANDRE_TIMBANE_Estrangeirismos-emprestimos_em_Mocanbique.pdf
