%X Se describe un caso de gemelos unidos tipo cefalotorac車pago diagnosticado antenatal mediante ecograf赤a. Corresponde a una paciente de 22 a os de edad, II gesta, amenorrea de 28 semanas. Control prenatal irregular, asiste a primer estudio ecogr芍fico perinatal que report車: embarazo gemelar, ambos en situaci車n longitudinal, presentaci車n pod芍lica; con alteraci車n de la anatom赤a fetal que no permite biometr赤a, solo el f谷mur 4 cm. Ingresa a la instituci車n, donde se realiz車 ces芍rea segmentaria obteniendo mortinatos pret谷rminos, peque os para la edad gestacional, gemelos, cefalotorac車pagos, sexo femenino. El diagn車stico se complement車 con el estudio anatomopatol車gico confirmatorio de los diagn車sticos previos. Is described a cephalothoracopagus twins in which the diagnosis was made prenatally by ultrasound. It corresponds to a patient of 22 years of age, II gravity, amenorrhea of 28 weeks. Irregular prenatal control, attends first perinatal ultrasound study that reported: pregnancy to twins, both in longitudinal situation, breech presentation; with alteration of the fetal anatomy that does not allow to biometry. It enters the institution, where it was made caesarean segmental obtaining death fetal preterms, small for date, twin, cephalothoracopagus. The diagnosis was complemented with autopsy and pathology, the diagnosis was confirmed.
