%X The author devises the methodology of efficiency estimation, and on its basis ¨C the algorithm of heat power installations choice for specific conditions of application. New incidental and complex thermodynamic criteria of efficiency estimation are offered. A universal monogram for accounting, including exergy expenses on the creation of installations and fuel for them, is shown in the paper.
