%X The method of processing of expert estimations with a view of definition of the resultant decision is presented. The method consists in creation of linguistic scales by means of statistical experiment. Application of this method at definition of the most important disciplines forming competence is shown. The role the list of the important disciplines when planning process of training is shown.
