%X This paper sets out to examine empirical implications of J. L. Holland¡¯s theory relevant to the applicability of the RIASEC model¡¯s structure and Holland-based assessments of 240 English Language teachers of the Kaliningrad region. The results proved to be mixed but somewhat more supportive of the applicability of Holland-based RIASEC structure for assessing vocational needs of Russian foreign language teachers.
