We describe a case of PFP secondary to an ipsilateral SO in a child under 2 years old admitted to our service. The patient was treated with medical treatment and surgical transtympanic tube placement with subsequent resolution of the process and favorable outcome. We report the symptoms, physical examination findings, laboratory tests, management and evolution, performing a literature review. %K Peripheral facial paralysis %K secretory otitis media %K otitis media with effusion %K Childhood %U https://sites.google.com/site/revistasociedadorlclcrcarga/home/revistaorl201224_pfacialoms.pdf?attredirects=0
