This pathology implies an injury of the longitudinal medial fascicle. It can appears isolated or associated with other pathologies.Sometimes this disease begins with a disequilibrium. That is why patients are usually referred to an otoneurology specialist, where they are thoroughly examined to show the typical nystagmus without vestibular failure.In this paper we present a patient who came to the otoneurology specialist.
