%X One of the promising areas of information and communication system development is to provide a multi-service telecommunication services on transport. The use of space communication systems for this purpose is difficult since the high value. The alternative is building of communication systems with dynamic network topology that enable provision of the connection of telecommunication equipment on a vehicle without using the facility space communication systems. The implementation of such systems is limited by the absence of specialized software systems used for the calculation of large-scale information and communication systems with dynamic network topology. The proposed method of calculating the time of use of channel resource held for software complexes of modeling information and communication systems with dynamic network topology.
