%X The following article aims to discuss the way journalism presents itself in the contemporary society, through its presence on mobile technologies. First, it will present a brief contextualization about smartphones, as well as theoretical premises to its investigation. Then it will be presented an analysis based on eight news apps available for Apple¡¯s smartphones. This analysis is focused on interactives aspects found in these softwares. This initial investigation shows that mobile media technological interactional possibilities are not fully explored.
