%X O mundo como vontade e representa  o, de A. Schopenhauer, constitui uma das principais fontes da primeira fase produtiva da obra de F. Nietzsche. O artigo ressalta os principais pontos da metafisica da m¨²sica desenvolvida no terceiro capitulo da obra de Schopenhauer e indica as suas influ¨ºncias determinantes sobre o jovem Nietzsche. The World as Will and Representation, by A. Schopenhauer, constitutes one of the main sources of the first productive stage of Nietzsche¡¯s work. This article highlights the main points of metaphysics of music developed in the third chapter of Schopenhauer¡¯s work and indicates their determinants influences on the young Nietzsche.
