%X We present our initial experience in endoscopic removal of upper airwaylesions using microelectrodes. We want to emphasize that though we havebeen using this technique for a short time, we have verified that it is easy tolearn and simple to manage and provides a clean cutting of tissues. Up tonow we have had no hemorrhagic or cicatricial complications.
