It's a double examination showed a cell proliferation: a cell sarcomatous spindle cell and a carcinomatous epithelial cells.Although it can affect any part of the body, is found more commonly in the upper aerodigestive tract.It occurs more frequently in males between the 6th and 7th decades of life.Its behavior is aggressive with a tendency to relapse. Alcohol and smoking have been identified as the most important risk factors.The histological diagnosis is difficult and is often necessary to use immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy.
