%X Este estudo discute as implica  es para a forma  o acad那mica e para o exerc赤cio profissional do psic車logo, da aprova  o da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educa  o Nacional (LDB). S o pontuados alguns dos pressupostos subjacentes 角 lei, os aspectos principais do texto legal e algumas de suas decorr那ncias, como a regulamenta  o dos cursos seq邦enciais e diretrizes curriculares. The aim of this paper is to discuss the implications for the professional training and practice of the psychologist, of the approval of the National Educational Bases and Guidelines Law. We focus upon the theoretical suppositions underlying the Law, the main aspects of legal text and some of its consequences, as the regulation of the sequencial courses and the curriculum directives.
