%X El art赤culo, es el informe de una investigaci車n realizada en la Universidad de Antioquia sobre el fen車meno que se ha producido en Colombia en los 迆ltimos a os, seg迆n el cual muchachos cada vez m芍s j車venes se comprometen en actos homicidas, con los cuales establecen un circuito a repetici車n en el que matan y se hacen matar ante la mirada perpleja del sistema jur赤dico. La investigaci車n, sirvi谷ndose del psicoan芍lisis, se propuso, no solamente intentar explicar el circuito mort赤fero, sino adem芍s producir una propuesta de intervenci車n en la cual sea posible escuchar estos j車venes, darles un lugar en el dispositivo jur赤dico que, permiti谷ndoles hacerse responsable de su acto, logre allanar su camino hacia la muerte y favorezca el restablecimiento del lazo social. // The article is the research report from the University of Antioquia about phenomenon in Colombia the last years, according to which younger and younger boys come into murder acts, establishing a repetitive circuit where they kill and are killed before the perplexed gaze of the legal system. Using the psychoanalysis, the research proposes to try to explain the deadly circuit as well as to produce an intervention answer, making possible to listen these young people and giving them a place inside the legal device 每also allowing them become responsible for their acts每 that achieve to calm their rush towards the death, and offering the reestablishment of the social fabric.
