The characteristic features are expression of the T helper inducer cell marker CD4 and the NK-cell marker CD56 in the absence of other T cell or NKcell specific markers. Because of the rarity of this disease, we describe a 48 year old woman suffering from CD4+/CD56+ hematodermic neoplasm on her cheek without leukemic infiltration. %K CD4+/CD56+ hematodermic neoplasm %K blastic Natural killer cell lymphoma %K natural killer lymphoma %U http://www.ijdvl.com/article.asp?issn=0378-6323;year=2010;volume=76;issue=6;spage=723;epage=723;aulast=Zindanci
